I am physical thinking
I am drawing a line
Split between the games I play
And the screams of the long lost vines

Some become my good friends
Some are speakers of the night
But no one told the truth today
As the characters unfold their plight

I dream about the games we play
As I’m sleeping on the floor
Missing the floral blooms today
That were seemingly cut too short

But no matter, man, I say
I simply dig this spot
The place where my true heart exists
To undue the twisted plots

The twists have gone on for long enough
And I am ending now the fight
Giving in to the moral code that
Always rules my life

One soul makes no sense to me
The other tells me lies
And I know the reality
Of where the stars align

So onward down that slope I go
And feel for those behind
I take my shoes off the trail now
Then follow the others blind…
